All orders are made and prepared to order.

The times below refer to processing time only (order placed → order shipped) and do not include delivery time.

Processing Times: 

Pre-made Designs on the website – 7 working days. 

Designs with Decals featured on the website – 7 working days

Black case Mods – 7 Working Days

Upgraded Stainless Steel Case Builds – Approx 12 Working Days

Custom Order – Approx 10 working Days, to be confirmed before ordering. 

Working Days Definition

Working days are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (UK time). Weekends and UK public holidays are not included in processing times.

Important Notes

* Processing times begin from the moment your order is confirmed, not the time of purchase if placed outside working hours.

* During busy periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing times may increase slightly.

* You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

* Delivery times are separate and depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. UK orders are sent with Royal Mail 48h Tracked.
