Returns & Guarantee Policy
At BSOT Watches, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our policy is designed to give you peace of mind while protecting both you and our business.
1. Change of Mind Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to return any preset/modded watch for a refund.
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition, including packaging.
- Custom requests or fully personalised watches are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- Customers are responsible for return postage and must send items via a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
- Every watch is checked before dispatch. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
- We will arrange return postage at our expense and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
- Please note: damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water exposure, or general wear-and-tear is not covered under this policy. All returned items are inspected before refunds or replacements are issued.
3. Exclusions
- Special order or personalised watches cannot be returned for change of mind.
- Items worn, damaged, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
4. How to Return
- Contact us at info@bsotwatches.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- For faulty items, we’ll provide a prepaid return QR Code with Royal Mail, once the fault is confirmed.
- For change-of-mind returns, send the item tracked at your expense. It must be tracked. Please provide the tracking number by emailing info@bsotwatches.co.uk with your order number and tracking number.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.
