I’m Will, the founder of BSOTwatches, and I started this brand in July 2025 with one simple idea: take the iconic Casio watches I grew up with and make them more fun, more personal, and more interesting to wear.

Not luxury. Not hype. Just small-batch custom Casio mods, made in the UK.

How BSOTwatches Started (It Began With the Traffic Light) Like most good things, BSOTwatches started by accident. The first real mod I made was what’s now called the Traffic Light Edition. I made it purely for myself — bright red, yellow and green accents on a classic Casio Royale. I posted it online, people liked it, and suddenly I had messages asking if I’d make one for them too. That single watch ended up starting everything. I realised how customisable Casio watches really are, especially models like the AE-1200 (Casio Royale). They’re affordable, durable, and a perfect canvas for creativity. 

From One Watch to Nearly 200 Sold Fast forward a few months and BSOTwatches has now sold close to 200 modded Casios, shipped to 15 different countries.

Most of those sales came through:

• eBay

• My own website

• A little bit through Etsy (which I’m focusing on more in 2026)

It’s still very much a one-person operation. Every watch is modded by me, tested, and sent out individually. No mass production. No factories. Just small runs and constant experimenting.

• Pumping out hundreds of identical units

• Dropshipping parts

• Or chasing trends. It’s about:

• Making watches I actually want to wear

• Getting feedback from the community

• And building each new idea from that.

A lot of designs come directly from comments, DMs, or customers saying, “Have you thought about doing one in…?”

2026: One New Drop Every Month.

This is the part I’m most excited about. In 2026, I’m committing to one new BSOT drop every single month — until I run out of ideas (which hopefully won’t be soon). Some will be big. Some will be small. Some might be experimental.

But the goal is:

• Fresh ideas

• Regular releases
